The right company, in the right place.

We pick the jurisdiction for what the company has to do: take payments, hold assets, employ people or invoice clients. Then we form it, register it for tax and set it up so payment providers and banks will work with it.

Where we form companies. And what each is for.

  1. 01

    United States LLC

Wyoming, New Mexico or Delaware. Widely accepted by payment providers and banks, inexpensive to run, and for a non-resident owner usually taxed in the owner’s country rather than in the US.

  2. 02

    United Arab Emirates

Free zone and mainland companies, with residence visas for owners and staff. Corporate tax applies, with relief for qualifying free zone income.

  3. 03

    Cyprus

An EU company with a wide treaty network, suited to holding, trading and intellectual property.

  4. 04

    United Kingdom

A private limited company where clients or banks expect a UK counterparty.

  5. 05

    International business companies

The British Virgin Islands and similar jurisdictions, mainly as holding companies, with the substance rules that now apply to them.

What we check. So the company can trade.

  1. 01

    Payment processing

Providers such as Stripe and PayPal accept companies from some jurisdictions and owners from some countries, not others. We check before choosing where to form.

  2. 02

    Banking

Which banks will open an account for this company and this owner, so the company does not sit unbanked.

  3. 03

    Sales tax and VAT

A US company does not escape VAT. Selling digital products to EU consumers, for example, means charging EU VAT wherever you are based.

  4. 04

    Annual filings

A US LLC with a foreign owner files Form 5472 every year, and the penalty for missing it starts at $25,000. Every company gets a calendar of its filings.

  5. 05

    Management and control

Where the company is managed can decide where it is taxed. We document who decides what, and where.

Questions, answered.

01Does a US LLC mean I pay no tax?

No. For a non-resident owner, a single-member LLC is usually transparent: the US does not tax its foreign profit, but the country where you live may. That is why we design the LLC together with your residence.

02Do I need to travel to set it up?

Usually not. Most formations, and many bank accounts, are completed remotely with notarized or apostilled documents.

03What does the first-year price cover?

Formation, registered agent and address for the first year, and the setup of payment processing and banking. The proposal lists what renews each year and at what price.
