Keep what you have built apart from what could go wrong.

Operating businesses carry risk: lawsuits, creditors, partners, a market turning. We design holding companies, trusts and foundations that keep your savings, property and shares away from that risk, and spread them across jurisdictions, currencies and asset types.

A documented structure: entities, trust or foundation deeds, accounts and a record of every transfer into it.

Starting prices, excluding government, registry and bank fees. Your exact price is set in the written proposal.

The building blocks. Used alone or together.

  1. 01

    Holding company

Owns your operating companies and investments, so a claim against one business does not reach the others or your savings.

  2. 02

    Trust

A trustee holds assets for your beneficiaries under a deed you set up. Discretionary and irrevocable trusts protect most; a revocable trust is easier to change and protects less.

  3. 03

    Foundation

A legal entity with no shareholders, run by a council under rules you write. Common in civil-law countries, where trusts are less familiar.

  4. 04

    Diversification

Assets spread across jurisdictions, banks, currencies and asset types, so no single event reaches all of them.

Where. Jurisdictions we use.

  1. 01

    Trusts

Cyprus, Nevis, the Cook Islands and Seychelles, chosen for how firmly their courts uphold a trust and whether your home country recognizes it.

  2. 02

    Holding companies

The British Virgin Islands, Cyprus, the UAE and the US, depending on where your assets are and where you live.

  3. 03

    Bank and custody accounts

Switzerland, Singapore and the US, among others, outside the country where your business carries its risk.

The limits. Stated up front.

  1. 01

    Timing

Protection works when it is set up before a claim exists. Transfers made to defeat a known creditor can be reversed by a court.

  2. 02

    Reporting

Trusts, foundations and holding companies are usually reportable where you live. We document them so they are declared, not discovered.

  3. 03

    Control

The more control you keep, the less protection you have. We set the balance with you and put it in writing.

Questions, answered.

01Is a trust only for the very wealthy?

No. A trust can make sense once your savings and property are worth more than the cost of protecting them for many years. We tell you if yours are not yet.

02Will a structure hide my assets?

No. It separates them from your business risk. Owners and beneficiaries are known to the banks and, in most cases, to the tax authorities.
