One plan for where you live, earn and hold.
We map where you, your companies and your assets are taxed today, compare the structures that could legally lower the total, and check each one against the rules of every country involved. You receive the plan in writing, with a price for carrying it out.

- You receive
- A written plan: your position today, the options compared, the recommended structure and the steps to set it up.
Starting prices, excluding government, registry and bank fees. Your exact price is set in the written proposal.
Five decisions. Made together.
- 01
Citizenship
Which passports you hold and what they oblige you to do. The United States, for example, taxes its citizens wherever they live.
- 02
Tax residence
Where you are tax resident decides where most of your income is taxed. It follows where you live, not where your company is registered.
- 03
Companies
Where your operating and holding companies are registered, managed and taxed, and how profit moves between them.
- 04
Banking and assets
Where your accounts, investments and property sit, and which entity owns them.
- 05
Where you spend your time
Days spent in a country can make you tax resident there or make your company taxable there. We plan your calendar with that in mind.
What we check. Before anything is set up.
- 01
Controlled foreign company rules
Many countries tax residents on the profits of foreign companies they control, especially passive income such as interest and royalties. A structure that ignores them saves nothing.
- 02
Exchange of information
Banks in more than 100 jurisdictions report accounts to tax authorities under the Common Reporting Standard, and the US has FATCA. We assume every account is visible and design so that is not a problem.
- 03
Economic substance
Some jurisdictions require real activity: local directors, staff, premises or spending. We size the substance to the activity and the jurisdiction.
- 04
Permanent establishment
Working from a country, or having someone conclude contracts there, can make your company taxable in that country. Where you work matters as much as where you register.
- 05
Transfer pricing
Transactions between your own companies must be priced as independent parties would price them, and documented.
- 06
Exit taxes
Some countries tax unrealized gains when you leave. We check before you move, not after.
How it works. Plan first, then setup.
- 01
Consultation
A call to understand your income, assets, family and plans, and whether a plan is worth paying for.
- 02
Research
We check the rules of your current country and of each jurisdiction we consider, including the corner cases that apply to you.
- 03
Written plan
Two or three structures compared on tax, cost, effort and risk, with our recommendation and the order in which to set it up.
- 04
Setup, with you or for you
Carry it out yourself with introductions to the lawyers, agents and banks we work with, or let us run it end to end as your single point of contact.
Questions, answered.
01Is an offshore company legal?
Yes, when it is declared, has a real purpose and follows the rules of every country involved. What is illegal is hiding income or assets from a tax authority. We plan the first and refuse the second.
02Will this make me anonymous?
No. Banks report accounts under the Common Reporting Standard and FATCA, and most company registers record their owners. The structures we design are private where the law allows and visible to every authority entitled to see them.
03Is it worth it at my income?
It depends on what you earn, what you own and what you are willing to change. The consultation tells you whether the likely saving outweighs the cost before you pay for a plan.
04My accountant says this will not work.
Most accountants focus on one country, which is their job. We write the plan so your accountant can check it, and we are glad to talk it through with them.
05What does the price include?
The plan covers research, design and the written report. Full setup adds running the implementation for you. Government, registry, agent and bank fees are extra and listed in the proposal.
